    Focus in place

    Choose one rendered line or the whole paragraph. The surrounding page dims while the original content remains live.

  2. 02

    Open the spacing

    Save Original, Open, or WCAG-width line and letter spacing per site. No font claims and no permanent page changes.

  3. 03

    Listen when useful

    Ask the browser’s built-in voice to read the current line. Stop it with the same button or shortcut.

  4. 04

    Stay on the keyboard

    Toggle, move, and read with shortcuts. Escape hides everything immediately, with no keyboard trap.

    Save and unzip the Reading Rail package.

    Open extensions

    Visit chrome://extensions and switch on Developer mode.

    Load the folder
